We Avaad Refrigeration are actively engaged in offering Air Cooled Chillers as a leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Fabricators, Maintenance, Repair. Air-cooled chillers are one of the most popular refrigeration systems used in commercial and industrial buildings. They function by absorbing heat from process water and then transferring it, therefore they should only be utilised in situations where heat discharge isn't a major concern. A chemical substance known as a refrigerant is found in process chillers. In chillers, there are two types of condensers: air-cooled and water-cooled. An air-cooled condenser cools and condenses the heated refrigerant gas back to a liquid using ambient air.
The heat from treated water is absorbed by an air-cooled chiller. After the water in the air handler system has been utilised, it warms up and is returned to the chiller. The evaporator in the chiller transfers heat away from the water. As liquid refrigerant passes through the evaporator tube, it evaporates, forming a low-pressure gas. The evaporated refrigerant then flows to the compressor, which compresses the low-pressure gas into a high-pressure gas. The gas then exits and is directed to air-cooled condensers. Heat is evacuated from the chiller while it is in the condenser by being blasted outside by fans on the condenser's side. The refrigerant transforms from a high-pressure liquid to a low-pressure liquid throughout this procedure. Because an industrial chiller operates on a continuous cycle, the low-pressure liquid is then returned to the evaporator, where the cycle begins again.
